Mobile Crisis Transport Driver, Part Time

Position would require working closely with dispatch to safely transport mental health clients to and from hospital settings or other locations as required. Client confidentiality required and HIPAA training provided. Applicant must have the ability to drive comfortably and safely in day/night and weather permitting conditions. 

Primary transport duties with be overnights, 6pm to 6am, Monday-Thursday. A valid MN Driver License required and must be willing to submit to a DHS background check. 

Requirements: Use and knowledge of technology with pages, cell phones, GPS, video technology, etc... Pay is $150 per on call shift plus $15/hr. More details provided during interview.

Peer Support Specialist, Full or Part Time

Position provides rehab services and skills training to client with mental illness. Services are provided in the community, office or clients home. Candidate must have a willingess to talk about own experiences of mental illness and recovery. 

Requirements: Must have had experience, either current or past, with mental illness and successfully complete the DHS approved Certified Peer Specialist training and pass exam. Training course information is available on https://peerlinktohope.org

Mental Health Professional, Full Time
Full time Mental Health Professional licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota. This candidate will provide adult/child diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy in an outpatient setting. This may also include emergency crisis service and supervision if applicable. Candidate must have excellent verbal, written, organization, and interpersonal skills. The position offers excellent salary and benefits including loan repayment program through the National Health Service Corp. 

Duties for this position will include responding to crisis pages during the daytime hours and providing individual, group and family psychotherapy including emergency services necessary to meet the needs of the clients. Will provide consultation to practitioners responding to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis to provide intervention, assessment, supportive counseling and linkage to follow-up services. Also, candidate will participate in all clinical meetings, cooperate with peer review process, and follows the policy/procedures pertaining to the accuracy and completion of clinical records. Licensed with the State of MN and have valid MN Drivers License.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Full Time
Our facility is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with licensure in the State of Minnesota to practice independently. Qualified candidate will work exclusively with the Headwaters ACT Team. Must have a clear understanding of the characteristic and problems of adults with serious mental illness and be knowledgeable about the ACT model.

ACT is the Assertive Community Treatment which provides intensive, comprehensive non-residential rehabilitative mental health services throughout a team model. 

Primary duties include conducting psychiatric assessments, prescribe and monitor and administer psychotropic medication; provide medication management education to clients and present assessment results to daily team meetings. 

Position is Full Time, salary range is $100-$150k DOQ and experience. Position will remain open until filled. 

Mental Health Practitioner for Day-Time Mobile Crisis, Full Time
Our facility is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide Mobile Crisis Response Services in Region II (Beltrami, Clearwater, and Hubbard Counties). Attending to phone or pager inquiries concerning consumers and their families in crisis. Duties will require travel and consultations with mental health professionals and medical doctors. Commitment to providing culturally competent services to a diverse population.
Mobile Crisis Response Services provides mental health services to children and adults experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Duties include providing crisis assessments, intervention, and crisis stabilization under direct supervision of a mental health professional. This is a full-time position during regular business hours.
Minimum qualifications: Masters or other graduate degree in one of the mental health professional disciplines OR Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field AND at least 2,000 documented hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to recipients with mental illness. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have a valid MN Driver’s license. EEO/AA. Position will remain open until filled.
